Objective To probe role of MRI in diagnosing malformation of internal-ear membranous labyrinth, as well as in pre-operation assessment for artificial cochlea implantation. 目的探讨MR内耳水成像技术对内耳畸形诊断及人工耳蜗植入术的术前评估价值。
Conclusion MRI is able to display stereo anatomy of internal ear membranous labyrinth, and to clearly show state of passage, playing an important role in diagnosing malformation of internal ear and pre-operation assessment for artificial cochlea implantation. 结论MR内耳水成像不仅可以显示内耳膜迷路的立体解剖结构,而且可以清晰显示其通畅程度,对于内耳畸形的诊断及人工耳蜗植入术的术前评估具有重要价值。
